An operator bearer token sees everything. A publisher or advertiser API key sees only its own rows.

Audit chain

Verification age is what tells you the check is still running. A valid chain that was last verified days ago is not a healthy one.

Reconciliation

Captures counted from the advertiser side against earnings counted from the publisher side. Any line under discrepancies is a broken invariant, not a rounding note.

Balance is deposited minus captured. Available is balance minus what open holds have reserved.

A paused offer stays in the catalog and never enters eligibility.

Spend, by UTC day

Budget days are UTC. Settlement months are KST. The two are different clocks on purpose.

Issuance against redemption

A publisher earns only when an advertiser redeems. A pair with many issued and few captured is where that breaks down.

Statements

Each row records the revenue share it applied, so a later rate change cannot rewrite it.

Earnings

One row per captured handoff. Unsettled rows are the ones a statement has not swept yet.
